South Asian University in collaboration with the ITU-APT Foundation of India, successfully organized the International Symposium on 6G and Beyond Ecosystem on 3 July 2026, bringing together eminent academicians, industry leaders, policymakers, and researchers to deliberate on the future of 6G communications. The event was graced by Prof. K.K. Aggarwal, Hon'ble President, South Asian University, and Prof. Ramjee Prasad, Founding President, CTIF Global Capsule (CGC) during his 80th birthday week. The symposium was chaired by Prof. S. N. Gupta, with Prof. S. P. Aggrawal serving as the Organizing Coordinator. Distinguished speakers included Mr. Rajesh Kumar Pathak (DG, Bharat 6G Alliance), Dr. Devesh Tyagi (CEO, National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI)), Mr. Syed Tausif Abbas (Head, TEC & CMD, TCIL), Mr. Bharat Bhatia (President, ITU-APT Foundation of India), Prof. Sibaram Khara (Vice Chancellor, Sharda University), along with several other eminent experts. The symposium featured insightful technical sessions and panel discussions on India's vision for global leadership in 6G, addressing emerging challenges, opportunities, and collaborative pathways for building the 6G ecosystem.
